Hi and welcome to the special educational needs (SEND) page from Miss Tidman , I am the SEND co-ordinator (SENDco).  As SENDco I identify the most effective teaching approaches for children with SEN and ensure that these approaches are adopted by staff at VPJS.  I also set up and monitor systems in school for identifying, assessing and reviewing SEN.  If needed, as SENco I refer children who have additional needs to relevant external agencies.
